FastPDFToWord processes files only to provide the tool you request. No account is required. We do not sell personal information or manually inspect document contents.

File retention

Files use randomized server names and are deleted after the download response closes, or automatically no later than 15 minutes after upload. Operational logs do not intentionally record original filenames, document contents, job IDs or download tokens.

Infrastructure and third parties

Documents are processed on this server and are not sent to third-party document conversion services or cloud storage. Browser page previews are rendered locally. If optional Google Analytics is configured in the future, it will record tool interactions using coarse file-size, page-count and processing-time buckets; it must not receive filenames, document content, page selections, job IDs or download tokens. Analytics is not loaded unless a real GA4 Measurement ID is configured.

Security scope

Transport and access controls reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not upload files when organizational, legal or contractual rules prohibit online processing.
